Includes 90 wood needle/shuttle cases, most with contents. Manufacturers frequently made display materials available to retailers to help encourage increased sales of the company’s product. This Boye Needle Company product display not only displayed sewing machine needles, shuttles and bobbins in an attractive dispenser, but also included a chart to help determine the appropriate size accessory needed for different makes of sewing machines.
This wonderful general store display is truly an antique. It functions as intended. The outer edge lists the content location by machine brand. Turn the dial to the correct location, open the door to access the product. The case will not spin if the door is open. The tin case and graphics are in very good condition as seen in the photos. There are 3 "Needles" graphics on the side.
This case measured 16" X 3 1/2" not including the dials. It is in good shape with all of the writing in tact. It has yellowed with age and has some scuff marks on it but overall looks nice.
