Slow Stitched Tiny Book/Needle Case with Beth Maitland
Saturday, April 5th - 1pm to 4pm
A fun three-hour course covering techniques to hand-stitch and construct a small multipurpose fabric needlebook. Kantha, Boro and basic embroidery stitching, as well as fabric collage, layout planning, and construction are all covered in this class. We’ll also learn to make Suffolk Puffs, fabric pages, pockets and other embellishments.
Curated, multi-colored palette kit included in the course fee ($30 value). Kit includes base fabric, batting and lining for cover, threads, tapestry needle, collage fabrics, lace and small notepad, pen and instructions. Vintage linens and extras included.
All skill levels welcome. If you can sew on a button you can create these little books! Please bring scissors, thimble and needles to class. Extras available.

If we don't meet the minimum, you will receive a full refund. Classes are limited in size, please sign up early. Your paid fee will hold your place.
