Emily Cross has been creating with fiber her whole life, although she maintains it is an urban myth that she was born knitting. She will cheerfully admit to sewing, quilting, felting, knitting and crocheting for over 40 years! In reviews, students have reported she is an extremely patient and encouraging teacher. To achieve this, she keeps class size small and intimate with only 4 to 6 students in each class.

Homework:

Using 16” circular needles, size 7 cast on 92 stitches

Supply List :

Yarn, use worsted weight (#4) or DK (#3)

o Malabrigo Rios (210 yards)

o Sweet Georgia, super wash Dk (256 yards )

o Juniper Moon, Moonshine (197 yards )

o Approximately 150 yards

o Remember using a light solid color makes it easier to see your stitches

Needles:
o Size 7, 16” circular
o Size 9, 16” circular
o Size 9, DPN

General:
o Stitch markers
o Scissors
o Yarn needle
